About

Every day around 2,000 people die in this country alone, and most leave their families with all the avoidable problems of Intestacy which means dying without a Will. If you have not made a legally valid Will, the state will distribute your estate according to the Law of Intestacy. This will unlikely to be how you would have wished. One thing you can be sure of there will be arguments, distress and unnecessary expense for relatives at the worst possible time.

Making a Will lets your loved ones know you cared enough to sort things out in advance.

As a guide a Will can cost as little as £80.00 + VAT for a straight forward single Will or £150.00 + VAT for a couple (Mirror Wills). It is unlikely that even for very complex Wills, the cost would rise above £600.00 + VAT per couple. All costs are always agreed before starting.

Everybody who makes a Will should also make a Lasting Power of Attorney.

If you care enough about what happens to your assets after you die, you ought to care even more about keeping them safe whilst you are alive.
